Light
Light is everywhere. We take it for granted. But when I really thought about it, I started finding ways to be very deliberate with the illumination all around us, and not just in the, "is my subject lit well enough" sense. I began to find creative ways to use active light (black lights, flashlights, LEDs, etc).
Then, I began contemplating the differences between active lighting and passive lighting. I pondered methods of being creative with ambient/passive lighting. That led me out my door at 1 AM in the morning one day in 2013 to find the perfect overpass location.
I hope you like.
